This policy explains how translatecare.com uses browser storage. We use minimal local storage for consent tracking only -- no advertising cookies, no third-party tracking, no analytics.
When you respond to our cookie consent banner, we store your preference in browser localStorage under the key tc_cookie_ok. This records "yes" or "no" and prevents the banner from re-appearing. The value is stored only in your browser and is never transmitted to our servers.
When you proceed to our Stripe checkout, you are redirected to Stripe's hosted payment page at checkout.stripe.com. Stripe may set their own cookies for fraud prevention and session security. Those are governed by Stripe's own Cookie Policy at stripe.com/privacy.
Standard web server logs collect request data (IP address, page path, user agent) for security and diagnostic purposes. This is not used for tracking or marketing.
We do not use: Google Analytics or any analytics platform; Meta Pixel or LinkedIn Insight Tag; advertising retargeting cookies; session recording tools; or any third-party tracking scripts.
To clear your consent preference, clear site data for translatecare.com in your browser settings. The consent banner will reappear on your next visit. Most browsers let you do this at: Settings > Privacy > Clear Browsing Data > Cookies and Site Data.
We may update this Policy if our practices change. The date at the top reflects the latest version.
